All packages include travel time, set-up and breakdown. Not all our customers need or want dance/mood lighting for their event (e.g. outdoor picnics). All packages do not include lighting. If you want or need lighting, it is an available option during the quote process. Standard service pricing is quoted for indoor venues only. Pricing is subject to these standard conditions, variances may incur additional fees. Overtime rate is charged in hourly increments only and due before overtime starts.
Please note that additional travel fee may be charges for out of area venues*. Any events booked during non-peak months (January, February, March, July, August, November), usually are discounted. Peak months may have slightly elevated rates. Our service area covers MD, DC, and Northern VA.
Due to high demands, all bookings are based on registrations on a first-come, first-served basis. This policy ensures fairness and is very useful when two or more clients are interested in the same date. Please inquire about our availability dates by sending us an e-mail.
